Mr. Avinash Savarkar is an ex-Merchant Navy officer with extensive sea-going and shore-based experience. Over the course of his sailing career, he has served on a variety of vessels, including tankers and car carriers, gaining in-depth operational knowledge of shipboard management, crew welfare, and safety practices.

After his sailing career, he transitioned ashore and worked in the Crew Manning Department, where he was actively involved in crew operations and the Ratings department. His responsibilities included managing crew deployment, handling documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting smooth crew rotations.

With his dual expertise in onboard operations and shore-based crew management, Mr. Savarkar brings valuable insights that help shipping companies optimize their crewing functions and enhance operational efficiency. As a consultant, he adds depth to our team by guiding manpower planning, advising on best practices, and supporting the development of efficient crew management strategies.
